We are soaking in the last day of our current weekend and  preparing for  a most productive week.

This morning we clear coated the final pieces of our biggest project to date. As we left the shop, we high-fived in celebration.

Although we have been blessed with a severely mild Winter, we are highly anticipating Spring. It looks like we aren’t the only ones who feel this way.

It’s finally out! We made a special trip into town just to make sure that our typography had actually made it into the Spring 2012 edition of Martha Stewart Wedding Magazine …. much to our surprise there were several pages that included our rustic metal typography as a backdrop to the lovely assortment of stationery. Check it out!

Recently we had the honor of designing and fabricating the 2012 Addy Awards.

“The ADDY® Awards represent the true spirit of creative excellence by recognizing all forms of advertising from media of all types, creative by all sizes and entrants of all levels from anywhere in the world.”

We also provided the table decorations for the award ceremony. These vases will be part of our Spring product line, which will soon be available on our Etsy page.

The award ceremony will be featured in The Huntsville Times and Event Magazine.

Throughout the years, Craigslist has found us jobs, places to live, concert tickets, and now… an awesome truck and flat bottom boat. Last week we traded the VW Golf for this awesome teal machine… and the guy threw in the flat bottom boat to seal the deal. Not too shabby.

Now, we’ve got a vehicle of our own to take to shows. Let’s just hope she makes it to Florida!

Happy Monday Evening! I left my camera at studio last weekend so I decided to take Micah’s D-90 out for the afternoon.

A previous evening full of thunderstorms filled the creeks and tributaries, which provided a nice photo opportunity during our quite productive Monday.
